💳 Payments & Pricing
All commissions require full payment upfront before any work begins. For higher-cost commissions, generally over $300 USD, partial payment can be requested. In these cases, the remaining balance must be completed after the sketch is delivered, as I will not continue the process until full payment has been received. The time frame to complete the remaining payment will never exceed two weeks after the sketch stage.I accept payments from:

⏰ Working Hours & Communication
I work from Monday to Friday, dedicating at least eight hours per day to commissions and digital art projects. Weekends are reserved for personal time and other creative work, so I kindly ask that my weekends be respected.That said, I always reply within 48 hours at most. In most cases, responses are sent the same day, so there is no need to worry about long response times.
📌 Refund Policy
Partial refunds are only offered if I am unable to complete the commission. This situation has never occurred, but if it ever does, I will notify the client immediately and communicate clearly.Once work has started, refunds are not available under any circumstances. Please commission responsibly, as refunds are not provided for changes of mind.
📄 Rights, Usage & Delivery
All commissions are for personal use only unless commercial usage is discussed and paid for separately. Artwork is delivered digitally only, either via a MEGA download link or as an email attachment, and no physical product is included.MEGA download links will remain available for up to two years. After that period, the files will be permanently removed from my cloud storage, so it is the client’s responsibility to download and safely store the files within that time frame.Commercial usage requires an additional fee equal to 100% of the total commission price. The artwork may not be used in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency projects, AI training, or any related use.The client will receive the final high-resolution digital artwork, and only the client and the artist will have access to the full-resolution files. I reserve the right to display the artwork publicly for portfolio, promotional, and social media purposes, using only lower-resolution or watermarked versions.

Sketch Stage
Once payment is completed, I will begin working on your commission. At this stage, I need all references, descriptions, and details you want included in the artwork. Clear and complete information from the start helps ensure accurate results and a smooth workflow.I usually create several sketch compositions for you to choose from, focusing on what best fits your vision and preferences. During the sketch stage, you may request adjustments or corrections, with up to three revisions included at no additional cost.
Lineart and color Stage
After the sketch is approved, I will proceed with the lineart and base colors. Once the lineart is completed, any further structural or design changes will require an additional fee.
At this stage, only color-related adjustments can be requested.
Render and FX Stage
After approval, I will continue with rendering and final effects. When the artwork is finished, I will send you the final piece for review to confirm that everything looks correct. Once approved, you will receive the high-resolution final image, both with and without a watermark.All files are delivered digitally via MEGA link or email, depending on your preference. No physical item is included.
